This single-award contract supporting Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC), is a base year award plus four option years, providing direct support to the CNIC Navy Security Force (NSF) risk based investment strategy for allocating security resources for all Navy facilities and installations across the enterprise. Through the use of advanced data analytics, modeling and simulation tool development, and collaboration with operational stakeholders, Bowler Pons will help CNIC optimize manpower utilization across the enterprise thereby maximizing efficiency via defensible resourcing decisions for each NSF position.
